Role Overview
We are seeking a sharp, business-oriented legal professional to join our Legal Team as Assistant Manager – Legal. This role sits at the intersection of law, business, and strategy—supporting key transactions, ensuring compliance excellence, and enabling the company’s growth. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams as both a legal advisor and a business enabler.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (vendor, distribution, licensing, SaaS, technology, partnerships).
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory issues, and compliance under the Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI, and other applicable laws.
- Support and execute corporate transactions—M&A, joint ventures, investments, restructurings.
- Work with business teams to identify risks and deliver pragmatic, business-aligned legal solutions.

- Proven experience managing high-value contracts and transactions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
