• Lead employee compliance programs
• Ensure regulatory adherence
• Partner with business & global teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage personal trading, OBA, gifts, and complaints
• Act as SME on compliance policies
• Monitor regulatory changes & risks
• Review processes & controls
• Deliver training programs
• Support global compliance initiatives
• Handle breach identification & reporting
• Advise employees on compliance

Skills & Qualifications:

• Compliance/risk experience
• Asset management/banking exposure
• Strong regulatory knowledge (e.g., MiFID II)
