Job Title: IT Support Engineer (Netflix Animation Studios)

Role Overview: Provide end-to-end IT support for Netflix Animation Studios Sydney, enabling artists & technologists by managing devices, remote workflows, and creative technology environments. Ensure smooth, distraction-free storytelling workflows with global IT collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own technical issue resolution across Windows/macOS/Linux systems
• Manage end-user experience (Intune, PDQ, Jamf, software distribution)
• Support remote access & PCoIP (HP Anyware, Teradici) environments
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and global IT teams
• Document knowledge, mentor peers, improve workflows
• Deliver smarter, faster, simpler support in creative environments

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong multi-platform IT support (Windows/macOS/Linux)
• Hands-on with deployment tools (Intune, Jamf, PDQ, SCCM)
• Experience in remote desktop/virtual environments (HP Anyware, Teradici, Citrix)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and scripting
• Excellent communication (technical + creative audiences)
• Curiosity, adaptability, problem-solving mindset
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with VFX/media production tools (Maya, Nuke, Houdini)
