Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will support global go-to-market efforts focused on the Japanese region through a mix of inbound lead engagement and outbound prospecting. This role is responsible for creating the first impression for prospects, driving early-stage pipeline, and partnering closely with Sales Representatives and Customer Success Managers (Drive Team) to move opportunities forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify interest, and schedule high-quality meetings
- Execute consistent outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline
- Conduct account and persona research to tailor outreach for the Japanese market
- Deliver strong discovery conversations and storytelling to uncover customer needs
- Align with Drive Team on territory strategy and target accounts
- Track and maintain pipeline and activities in CRM systems
- Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance and feedback
- Ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to Sales Representatives
