Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing ABM programs in a SaaS/software environment
  • Experience in EdTech is strongly preferred

Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to lead high-impact campaigns targeting key business and government accounts. The role involves designing personalized marketing strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging marketing technologies to drive engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns
  • Deliver personalized experiences via email, paid media, content, and direct mail
  • Use tools like Demandbase, Marketo, and Outreach for campaign orchestration
  • Develop targeted messaging aligned with buyer journeys and intent data
  • Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and experimentation initiatives
  • Partner with sales, SDRs, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Align campaigns with business goals such as pipeline generation and account expansion
  • Ensure seamless integration using Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach
  • Work with marketing ops to build dashboards in Tableau/Demandbase
  • Use Asana for project management and workflow visibility
  • Define and track KPIs (engagement, pipeline influence, revenue contribution)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in ABM platforms like Demandbase
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau
  • Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
  • Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
  • High level of collaboration and adaptability
