Role Overview:

Responsible for supporting, administering, and maintaining Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, OpsGenie) for internal and external teams. The role involves first-line technical support, issue resolution, testing of updates, and automation of manual processes to improve system efficiency and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line application support for Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, OpsGenie).
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows.
• Conduct application testing after major releases and automate test cases.
• Administer Atlassian and third-party apps (ScriptRunner, Automation, Comala, ConfiForms, etc.).
• Manage configurations — project setup, permissions, components, and filters.
• Write and maintain JQL queries, dashboards, and reports.
• Support integration of ancillary solutions (Advanced Roadmaps, Insight, etc.).
• Suggest and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the administration and support of Atlassian products.
• Strong understanding of Jira and Confluence (Cloud or Data Center).
• Knowledge of Bitbucket, OpsGenie, and Agile workflows.
• Familiarity with Groovy scripting and Git-based review processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented self-starter with good problem-solving skills.
• Desirable: prior corporate Agile environment experience and experience with CI/CD integration.
