• Minimum HSC or Graduate (any stream)
• Diploma in Cosmetology from a reputed institute

Role Overview:

The Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for driving store performance, enhancing customer experience, and ensuring operational excellence. This role involves leading the sales team, managing store operations, and implementing strategies to achieve business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retail sales and achieve store targets
• Develop strategies to increase customer base, footfall, and profitability
• Build strong in-store relationships with management and sales teams
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to meet sales goals
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Educate teams on company goals, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards
• Manage stock levels and minimize shrinkage
• Coordinate with mall management for promotions and store activities
• Maintain daily sales reports, cash/card reconciliation, and petty cash records
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
