Job Title: District Partnerships Manager Company: ClassDojo Company Domain: EdTech (K–12 Education) Years of Experience: 4+ years in Partnership Management, Account Management, or Renewals Location: United States (Remote, with travel) Role Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive compensation (based on experience and location; not disclosed) Eligibility: Candidates with experience managing district-level or enterprise education accounts, comfortable engaging executive stakeholders, and willing to travel 20–30% Role Overview: Own and lead long-term district partnerships by providing proactive, strategic engagement to mid-size and large K–12 districts. This role focuses on retention, renewal, and expansion by demonstrating measurable impact, aligning ClassDojo’s value to district goals, and building trusted executive relationships in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Key Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate relationships with district decision-makers and influencers; lead strategic, consultative renewal processes; navigate district budget cycles, procurement, and contracts; facilitate Executive Business Reviews and Outcome Reviews using data; build and execute data-driven account plans; drive adoption using engagement metrics and customer insights; partner cross-functionally with Success, Implementation, Marketing, Product, and Account Executives; own a portfolio of ~30–40 district accounts. Skills and Qualifications: 4+ years in partnerships, account management, or renewals; proven success expanding executive relationships and strategic networks; experience closing renewals and navigating procurement, legal, and budget processes; strong executive-level communication and presentation skills; high empathy and emotional intelligence; data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing adoption and usage metrics; strong ownership and accountability; ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; experience in edtech or products for educators or children; comfort with tools such as Salesforce (SFDC), Notion, and Asana. Bonus Experience: Experience in high-growth organizations; direct experience working with K–12 district leaders or within a district setting.
