Eligibility- Graduate with experience in FMCG/Beauty sales preferred.

Role Overview- Drive sales growth by managing distributors, achieving targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage distributors and ensure market coverage
• Achieve primary & secondary sales targets
• Plan weekly sales strategies and reviews
• Execute promotions and market research
• Appoint distributors in new areas
• Coordinate with internal teams
