Role Overview:

Drive LinkedIn-led outbound campaigns by building precise target lists, personalizing outreach at scale, leveraging AI/automation, and generating qualified meetings to influence pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Define ICPs and buyer personas, build target lists, run multi-step LinkedIn and email outreach, personalize messages at scale using AI/automation, qualify leads, book meetings, maintain CRM hygiene, monitor compliance, and continuously test tools and workflows to optimize pipeline outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound lead generation, ICP and persona definition, AI/automation for messaging, CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce), multi-channel outreach, copywriting, objection handling, analytics, A/B testing, data quality, and reporting.
