Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner - Finance and Strategy

Role Type: Full-Time

Salary: $80,000 – $280,000 (annual, flexible between salary and stock options)

Eligibility:

  • 10+ years of strategic HR experience in dynamic environments.
  • Proven track record in organizational development, talent management, inclusion & diversity, and culture building.
  • Experience in influencing and coaching senior leaders and global teams.

Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will partner with leaders to shape and execute a strategic talent agenda for Netflix teams, focusing on organizational design, employee development, inclusion, and culture. The role requires a proactive, hands-on, and strategic HR leader capable of navigating ambiguity, leading change, and scaling leadership impact across a global, diverse workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Influence, coach, and enable leaders on organizational design, talent development, inclusion, and employee experience.
  • Drive implementation of strategic HR initiatives, including culture building, succession planning, and talent density.
  • Partner across teams to execute large-scale initiatives while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Model and champion Netflix culture, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Use data to identify insights, inform decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of strategic HR experience in high-growth or complex organizations.
  • Expertise in organizational development, talent management, inclusion, and culture strategy.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and influencing skills with a collaborative style.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and communication skills.
