Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in global talent acquisition
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, US)
  • Strong expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS; Ashby preferred)
  • Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment for global roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role plays a key part in shaping hiring strategies, improving recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, ATS, networks, events)
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely candidate communication
  • Manage offer discussions and negotiations
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring effectiveness
  • Stay updated on global talent trends and employment regulations
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Contribute to recruitment-related projects (process improvement, DEI, tools implementation)
