Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in global talent acquisition
- Proven experience hiring across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, US)
- Strong expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS; Ashby preferred)
- Proficiency in ATS/HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will lead end-to-end recruitment for global roles, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to attract, assess, and hire top talent. This role plays a key part in shaping hiring strategies, improving recruitment processes, and strengthening employer branding while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience across all regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, ATS, networks, events)
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates for role fit and cultural alignment
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely candidate communication
- Manage offer discussions and negotiations
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Track recruitment metrics and use data to improve hiring effectiveness
- Stay updated on global talent trends and employment regulations
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects (process improvement, DEI, tools implementation)
