Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator Company: PURE STORAGE Years of Exp: 1–3 years (or relevant experience) Location: Bengaluru Role Type: Full-Time Role Salary: As per company standards Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; prior experience in recruiting coordination preferred Role Overview: Supports the global recruiting team by managing the candidate journey end-to-end, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, offer letters, and new hire processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and panels; draft and extend offer letters and new hire paperwork; maintain accurate candidate data in ATS; support recruiting events such as career fairs and campus drives; partner with the recruiting team to improve hiring processes and candidate experience. Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive problem-solving mindset; proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools; attention to detail; commitment to providing a best-in-class candidate experience; ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
