The Blue-Collar Sourcing Specialist supports short-term and temporary hiring needs by proactively sourcing, screening, and engaging blue-collar talent. This role works closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidate slates aligned with local business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support screening and interviewing of blue-collar candidates based on short-term position specifications
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and local market requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management
- Conduct market research to identify talent trends and inform sourcing strategies for temporary workforce hiring
- Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach, including candidates with limited online presence
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with blue-collar candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Prepare and deliver high-quality candidate slates within defined timelines for small- and mid-sized clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and quality standards throughout the hiring process
Skills and Qualifications
- Expanded conceptual knowledge and hands-on experience in recruitment or sourcing
- Understanding of staffing processes, local labor markets, and customer requirements
- Ability to follow structured work assignments and existing recruitment procedures
