- Strong knowledge of MSME lending processes and credit evaluation principles.
Role Overview:
As a Branch Credit Analyst at Kinara Capital, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating the creditworthiness of potential borrowers and ensuring adherence to the organization’s lending policies. You will conduct financial assessments, analyze risk factors, and provide informed recommendations to support loan decisions. This role demands a balance of analytical rigor, customer engagement, and sound judgment to maintain the quality of the loan portfolio while enabling financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate loan applications and financial statements of individuals and small businesses to determine creditworthiness.
- Conduct site visits and client interviews to gather necessary information for accurate credit analysis.
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and present findings to branch and regional management.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and economic factors impacting credit risk.
- Collaborate with the branch and risk management teams to enhance credit assessment processes.
- Support the development and implementation of effective credit policies and risk management strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
