Role Overview

We are building the future of content creation by transforming end-to-end enterprise workflows through AI-first innovation. As an AI Engagement Manager, you will lead strategic AI transformation programs for enterprise customers, helping them adopt and scale Generative AI capabilities across creative and marketing operations.

This role requires a unique blend of customer leadership, technical acumen, product mindset, and strategic consulting experience. You will work closely with product teams, engineers, and executive stakeholders to translate business goals into scalable AI-powered solutions and ensure measurable value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Leadership

• Lead enterprise-wide AI adoption and creative workflow transformation initiatives.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executives.
• Drive governance, risk mitigation, and executive communication cadences.
• Handle escalations proactively to ensure delivery success and client satisfaction.

Product Leadership

• Define and refine generative AI use cases aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional pod teams (engineers, architects, product) to develop and deploy scalable AI solutions.
• Conduct workshops to map requirements, validate opportunities, and accelerate implementation.
• Create proofs-of-concept to demonstrate capability potential and influence adoption.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4–10+ years of experience in business consulting, digital transformation, agile software delivery, enterprise platforms, AI/ML, cloud environments, or related domains.
• Proven track record of driving enterprise technology transformation and AI enablement programs.
• Strong understanding of the Adobe generative AI ecosystem (Firefly, Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, GenStudio).
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud is preferred.
