Role Overview
We are seeking a UX Product Designer ( B2C, Fin-Tech) to conceptualize and drive customer experience strategies across Bajaj Finserv’s digital ecosystem. The role involves conceptualizing products, developing UX strategies, analyzing customer journeys, and collaborating across functions to deliver intuitive, data-driven, and customer-centric experiences. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data analytics, UX design, and product alignment with strong collaboration and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Conceptualization & UX Strategy
- Conceptualize CX strategies in line with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Create platform blueprints, including feature/functionality maps, ecosystem maps, and IA.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups (Figma); conduct usability testing and iterate.
- Utilize brainstorming/mind mapping tools (such as X-Mind) to ideate and refine designs.
- Customer Journey Analysis
- Map customer journeys, personas, and empathy maps.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for usability and engagement improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with UX Research, Design, Content, and QA teams to ensure seamless CX delivery.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure UX accuracy in implementation.
- Data Analytics & Optimization
- Utilize clickstream and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CleverTap, Medallia) to gather insights.
- Apply data-driven decision-making to optimize user experiences.
- Leverage qualitative + quantitative data to validate and prioritize UX improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills
- Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools (Figma, XMind, Hotjar, Medallia, GA, CleverTap).
- Strong experience in customer journey mapping, personas, and empathy maps.
- Solid foundation in data analytics and interpreting complex datasets.
- Expertise in user-centered design methodologies.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile apps (iOS & Android).
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of testing tools (Maze, UsabilityHub).
- Prior experience in B2C, BFSI, or fintech products.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to influence leadership decisions.
- Passion for customer-focused design with a strong aesthetic sense
