Eligibility: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Computer Applications, or equivalent (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BCA, M.Com, MBA, PGDM).

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will support investment banking operations by managing trade lifecycle processes, ensuring smooth settlements, reconciliations, and operational accuracy. The role requires strong communication, analytical, and time management skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high-quality standards, identify risks, and ensure the timely resolution of issues while delivering superior client service.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute trade lifecycle activities — trade confirmation, settlements, reconciliations, and reporting; manage syndicated loans, corporate actions, reference data, and regulatory reporting (SDR, KYC); identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure operational accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

Skills and Qualifications :

B.Com/MBA or related degree with 0–2 years in investment banking operations; strong knowledge of finance, derivatives, and capital markets; excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
