Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst who can translate complex datasets into meaningful, actionable insights. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to analyze trends, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Perform data cleaning, data exploration, and descriptive analytics
• Interpret KPIs and present insights that influence business strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics initiatives
• Conduct A/B testing, customer segmentation, and root cause analysis

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Python
• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data visualization best practices
• Experience working with relational databases
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes and data pipelines
