Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in sales within paints, construction chemicals, waterproofing products, or building materials industry
  • Experience in managing a sales team of at least 3 members
  • Experience working with contractors, architects, builders, and government officials
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Role Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territory by managing a sales team, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The role includes achieving revenue targets, expanding market presence, and implementing sales promotion and influencer loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and implement periodic sales plans to achieve predefined sales targets.
  • Manage and evaluate the performance of the sales team within the assigned region.
  • Ensure achievement of team sales and collection targets across assigned areas or states.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, builders, and government stakeholders.
  • Drive influencer loyalty programs in line with company policies.
  • Ensure proper implementation of benefits and incentives under loyalty program structures.
  • Develop innovative sales strategies and promotional activities to increase market awareness and drive revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
