Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field
- 12–14 years of experience in app growth, digital product management, or marketing leadership
- Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion for large-scale consumer apps
- Experience leading mid-to-large teams (10+ members)
- Exposure to fintech, e-commerce, or consumer app domains (preferred)
Role Overview
As the Head of App Growth & Engagement, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance management of the Bajaj App. Responsible for driving adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization, you will manage a 15-member cross-functional growth team and collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role demands a data-driven growth leader who can leverage AI-powered insights, performance marketing, and analytics to optimize user journeys and maximize app value.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new user acquisition via performance marketing, ASO, and partnerships
- Scale app footprints by analyzing download trends and acquisition channels
- Design and execute engagement strategies to improve app stickiness and active usage
- Optimize product/feature visibility based on user behavior and analytics
- Implement initiatives to reduce uninstall rates and improve user loyalty
- Strengthen conversion funnel from first app interaction to transaction/business outcome
- Define, track, and optimize KPIs across acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversions
- Benchmark app performance against leading consumer apps (CRED, Navi, Paytm, Myntra, Porter, etc.)
- Lead and mentor a 15-member team, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Tech stakeholders
- Integrate AI-driven insights, personalization engines, and advanced performance marketing tools to enhance user targeting, personalization, and campaign ROI
Skills & Qualifications
- Deep expertise in app growth strategy, product management, and digital marketing
- Strong understanding of mobile app analytics, funnels, ASO, and user behavior
- Experience with AI/ML-based marketing tools and personalization engines
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into scalable growth strategies
- Strong communication, strategic planning, and execution skills
