Role Overview

Toddle is looking for a diligent, driven, and passionate School Success Manager to support engagement and retention of partner schools in a high-growth environment. The role focuses on onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement for a portfolio of 50–60 schools, with the ultimate goal of ensuring school happiness and long-term success on the Toddle platform. The School Success Manager will work closely with the School Success Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content writers, and data analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Engagement

• Coordinate the setup of accounts for new schools
• Ensure smooth onboarding and adoption of the Toddle platform
• Proactively engage with schools to help them maximize value from Toddle

Reactive Support

• Respond to and manage training requests from schools
• Coordinate resolution of bugs and feature requests received via email or other communication channels

Proactive Support

• Analyse platform usage data to identify improvement opportunities for partner schools
• Maintain and track academic calendars for assigned schools and engage proactively
• Ideate and implement ways to continuously improve school interactions and engagement
• Help create training materials to improve platform adoption
• Support the creation of pedagogical content to enhance user understanding
