Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Business, or Finance preferred).
- Prior experience in tele-calling, collections, or customer service will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
Role Overview:
As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues. The role requires maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies, and providing exceptional customer service even in challenging situations. You will collaborate closely with the Finance and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth collection operations and uphold customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound collection calls to customers with pending or overdue payments.
- Provide customers with accurate billing and account information.
- Negotiate repayment terms and facilitate smooth payment arrangements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and commitments in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance team to monitor collection performance and resolve discrepancies.
- Follow up on promised payments and address customer concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory guidelines related to debt collection.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and empathetic in difficult conversations.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
- Basic understanding of financial terms and collection practices.
