Job Title: Sales Officer Company: Kinara Capital Years of Experience: Up to 5 years Location: Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh, India Role Type: Full-Time Role Salary: As per industry standards Eligibility: Minimum HSC qualification (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred) Role Overview: As a Sales Officer at Kinara Capital, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition by promoting financial products and services to small and medium enterprises. You will identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and work toward achieving sales targets while ensuring superior customer experience and compliance with company standards. Key Responsibilities: • Identify, engage, and acquire potential SME clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling. • Understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable products and services. • Present, negotiate, and close sales deals aligned with company policies. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly. • Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing and product development initiatives. • Participate in field activities, trade shows, and events to promote company offerings. • Ensure excellent post-sales support and customer relationship management. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in sales (preferably in financial services or lending), strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing abilities, familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho), proficiency in MS Office Suite, and a self-motivated, results-driven mindset. Knowledge of the finance sector and SME lending processes will be an added advantage.
