Eligibility: Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of experience in logistics or mid-mile operations, preferably in FMCG, e-commerce, or diagnostics, with experience managing large field teams.

Role Overview: Lead daily mid-mile logistics operations, optimize routes and costs, and ensure timely sample movement while driving operational excellence and team performance.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee logistics operations, manage field teams, optimize routes, control inventory and costs, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve service and efficiency goals.

Skills & Qualifications: Strong expertise in logistics operations, route planning, inventory management, cost optimization, team leadership, KPI tracking, and stakeholder management.
