Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive at Rippling will manage a high-velocity yet strategic sales cycle, focusing entirely on engaging qualified prospects, managing sales processes, and closing revenue. This role emphasizes consultative selling, deep product knowledge, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce to forecast revenue
  • Conduct sales calls using concise presentations and in-depth product demonstrations
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from SDR-generated demos to deal closure
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas
  • Develop expertise across Rippling’s product suite and competitive landscape
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer transition

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven experience carrying a $1M+ annual quota
  • Demonstrated top-tier performance (top 10% within a sales organization)
  • Prior experience selling HRIS/HCM or security-related software preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
