Job Title: Product Owner – Supply Chain / Manhattan WMS

Eligibility:

Candidates with extensive experience in Supply Chain, Manhattan WMS (WM 2018+), and Agile Product Ownership/Business Analysis.

Role Overview:

The Product Owner will lead end-to-end solution design and implementation for Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems within an Agile development environment. The role demands strong domain expertise in supply chain, deep understanding of Manhattan WMS configurations, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories and product deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as Product Owner/Sr. Business Analyst for Manhattan WMS projects.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, functional specifications, and implementation of WMS extensions & integrations.
• Provide expertise on Manhattan WMS, WM Active, Yard Management, Slotting Optimization, SCI Reporting, etc.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA and Confluence.
• Participate in integration discussions to finalize system requirements and specification mapping.

Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Minimum 8 years of supply chain domain experience.
• Strong expertise in Manhattan WMS (WM 2018 and above) and minimum 3 years in WM Active.
• Knowledge of distribution, 3PL logistics, and industries such as Apparel, Grocery, Fashion, Specialty Retail, etc.
• Experience in configurations, implementations, troubleshooting, and support of Manhattan solutions.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (parcel, LTL, TL shipping).
• Exposure to LMS, YMS, WCS/WES, and automation systems (sorters, conveyors, GTP integration).
• Experience in ROI analysis and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and turn them into technical configuration tasks.
