Role Overview:
The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. The role focuses on building a positive workplace culture while ensuring smooth HR operations aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and performance management systems
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Conduct training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
- Collaborate with department heads for manpower planning
