Role Overview:

Translate business needs into automated analytics and interactive dashboards, providing actionable insights for the Customer Experience organization. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to build scalable BI solutions that drive operational excellence and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document metrics; design interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau; manage and integrate data using Snowflake; automate BI workflows with SQL and Python; ensure BI solutions are scalable and aligned with organizational goals; contribute to CX BI frameworks and leverage AI/ML analytics where relevant; maintain data accuracy and promote BI best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years’ experience in data analytics or BI; proficiency in Tableau, SQL, Python, and data integration; experience with BI automation and workflow optimization; strong data visualization and storytelling skills; ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders; familiarity with ServiceNow, Salesforce reporting, and AI/ML in BI is a plus; strong organizational and multitasking abilities; Tableau Desktop Certified Associate is a plus.
