Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of UI/UX design experience (preferably in gaming, live service titles, monetization systems, or developer tools)
- Experience building or maintaining design systems or asset libraries (Figma preferred)
- Ability to translate product, business, and data requirements into scalable, user-friendly design solutions
Role Overview
In this role, you’ll design and evolve a scalable UI/UX system used across key game titles and creator experiences. You will work closely with internal teams and external developers, influencing platform-wide monetization features, developer workflows, and in-game player experiences. You will define best practices, map user journeys, and prototype solutions that support fast iteration, high-quality design, and consistency across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a Figma-based asset library and UI design system to accelerate cross-title development.
- Produce wireframes and high-fidelity design mock-ups for top-priority game titles.
- Create player journey and UI flow maps, including entry points, rewarded video touchpoints, ad placements, and UX handoffs.
- Maintain and evolve genre-aligned UI best practice guidelines, monetization standards, and reusable patterns.
- Identify optimization opportunities and contribute design assets ready for A/B testing or implementation.
- Develop an internal benchmarking tool to catalog UI placement patterns across titles.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, live-ops, and developer relations teams, ensuring the design system is scalable and implementation-friendly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in UI/UX design (gaming or monetization system experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including component systems and asset libraries
- Experience in both low-fidelity wireframing and high-fidelity visual mock design
- Strong visual design foundation: layout, spacing, typography, iconography, and responsive design
- Ability to map and design complex user journeys and in-game UI flows
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Experience with rewarded video design, ad placement UX, live-ops UI, or developer-facing tools
- Familiarity with A/B testing practices for UX optimization
