Eligibility

Role Overview

As a Strategic Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients, helping them design and implement social media strategies using Hootsuite’s platform. You will collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to identify client needs, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and drive solution adoption. This role blends technical expertise, storytelling, and consultative selling to position Hootsuite as the preferred partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop account strategies
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and requirements
  • Deliver engaging product demos and value-based presentations
  • Design and propose tailored solutions aligned with client goals
  • Manage product trials and guide clients through onboarding experiences
  • Facilitate workshops to uncover deeper business value
  • Act as a strategic advisor on social media practices and tool utilization
  • Support proposal development and solution documentation
  • Enable internal teams through product training and knowledge sharing
  • Contribute insights to improve solution delivery and customer adoption
