Role Overview
As a Data Analyst at Good Glamm Group, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across the business. You will mine, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights that fuel brand strategies, enhance customer experiences, and support organizational growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, present data-backed findings, and contribute to optimizing business performance in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data using tools like Excel, SQL, Python, or R to identify trends and patterns.
- Build engaging dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collect and process data from multiple sources, including web scraping techniques.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and dashboards.
- Translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for business and brand growth.
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and track customer experience metrics (NPS, CSAT, CES) to identify improvement areas.
- Stay updated on market dynamics and customer trends to provide strategic inputs.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, or Python for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience in web scraping and multi-source data collection.
