Eligibility:
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will identify qualified opportunities, understand customer needs, and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple shifts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with prospects and understand where they are in the buying process.
- Identify qualified sales opportunities based on defined criteria.
- Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, chats, and emails.
- Assign and schedule leads to appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
- Continuously update knowledge about company products, services, and industry trends.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong product presentation and customer engagement ability.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (including night shifts if required).
