Eligibility:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
  • Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written.
  • Basic understanding of sales and lead generation concepts.

Role Overview:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for initiating and nurturing relationships with potential customers. You will identify qualified opportunities, understand customer needs, and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple shifts in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with prospects and understand where they are in the buying process.
  • Identify qualified sales opportunities based on defined criteria.
  • Respond promptly to inbound sales calls, chats, and emails.
  • Assign and schedule leads to appropriate sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Continuously update knowledge about company products, services, and industry trends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong product presentation and customer engagement ability.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts (including night shifts if required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
  • Strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization.
