Job Title- Accession Officer

Location- Bengaluru /Gurugram

Role Type : Full Time Role

Salary- Market competitive with bi-annual increments + ESOPs

Eligibility- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Lab Technology (MLT), DMLT, or BSc MLT; prior experience in sample accessioning or lab operations preferred; knowledge of LIS/LMS is an advantage; willingness to work in shifts

Role Overview- This role focuses on accurately receiving, registering, and processing patient samples while ensuring proper labeling, tracking, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards to maintain the integrity of the diagnostic process

Key Responsibilities- Receive and log patient samples accurately; ensure proper identification and labeling; enter patient/sample data into LIS/LMS; track sample movement across lab stages; maintain quality control and follow SOPs; record accessioning activities and discrepancies; manage inventory of sample collection materials; handle and store samples as per guidelines; ensure compliance with regulatory standards; collaborate with lab teams and clinicians; identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
