Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to design, implement, and manage AEP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in schema design, data ingestion, identity stitching, and integration with Adobe/third-party tools. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, privacy-compliant, and business-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) solutions, including data ingestion, dataset management, schema design, and profile unification.
• Create and configure Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) schemas aligned to business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines from APIs, batch uploads, and streaming sources into AEP.
• Implement identity stitching strategies to unify customer profiles across multiple data sources.
• Apply data governance and privacy management policies to ensure GDPR, CCPA compliance.
• Configure and manage consent, privacy frameworks, and data usage policies in AEP.
• Integrate AEP with Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and third-party systems.
• Develop advanced SQL queries using Adobe Query Service (AEP SQL) for segmentation, reporting, and analytics.
• Troubleshoot ingestion, schema, identity graph, and activation issues.
• Monitor platform performance, data quality, and data flow stability.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Solution Architects, and Marketers to implement end-to-end use-case-driven solutions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementation and management.
• Strong expertise in:
• Adobe Experience Data Model (XDM) schema design & dataset configuration.
• Data ingestion methods (batch, streaming, API-based).
• Identity stitching and customer profile unification.
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Query Service (AEP SQL).
• JSON, SQL, JavaScript.
• Data governance frameworks (consent management, privacy controls).
• Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Campaign, Analytics, Target, and third-party systems via REST APIs.
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and activation workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is required
