Job Title: Gainsight Administrator Company: Acquia Years of Exp: 3 Years (2+ Years in Gainsight Administration) Location: Pune or Delhi/NCR Remote Role Type: Full-Time Role Salary: As per company standards Eligibility: Level 2 Gainsight Administrator Certification with hands-on platform experience Role Overview: Responsible for configuring, deploying, and maintaining the Gainsight platform to support CSMs, AMs, and TAMs, driving customer lifecycle value and adoption while ensuring process efficiency and data integrity. Key Responsibilities: Configure, manage, and optimize Gainsight workflows, reports, dashboards, and CTAs; ensure data accuracy and system performance; collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer success processes and deliver impactful insights. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Gainsight Administration, data modeling, and customer success operations; strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; Level 2 Certified in Journey Orchestrator and Reports & Dashboards.
