Job Title: Senior Learning Consultant II

Years of Experience: 5+ years (Teaching + LMS + Leadership)

Location: Upper Manhattan (On-site, 5 days/week)

Role Type: Full-Time

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s (Instructional Tech or related); Master’s preferred
• 5+ years LMS (Canvas/Instructure) experience
• Teaching + Educational leadership experience
• Change management & stakeholder engagement

Role Overview:

Drive LMS adoption, change management, and digital transformation for large institutions. Lead consulting engagements, training, and stakeholder alignment to improve learning outcomes and platform usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead stakeholder engagement & relationship management
• Drive change management using success frameworks
• Deliver customized training & consulting sessions
• Analyze data to track adoption & impact
• Mentor educators, leaders, and teams
• Manage projects, timelines, and rollout execution
• Develop training content & resources
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
• Support large-scale LMS implementations
• Identify growth, consulting, and training opportunities
