Job Title: Reservations Manager

Years of Experience:

• Reservations Manager: 4–8 years
• Reservation Executive: 0–3 years

Location: Pune

Role Type: Full-Time

Salary:

• Reservation Executive: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service preferred
• Familiarity with reservation systems (like Opera, IDS, or similar) is an advantage

Role Overview:

The Reservations Manager / Executive is responsible for handling booking requests, managing room inventory, maximizing occupancy, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience for guests. The role involves coordination with internal teams and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle room reservations via phone, email, and online platforms
• Manage booking systems and update availability accurately
• Coordinate with front office and housekeeping for smooth operations
• Maximize room occupancy and revenue through effective booking strategies
• Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues
• Maintain records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• Assist in preparing reports on occupancy, revenue, and forecasts
• Ensure guest satisfaction through professional communication
