Eligibility: Professionals with hands-on experience in paid campaign management, especially on Google & Meta, ideally within consumer apps or e-commerce brands.

Role Overview: As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving user growth through paid campaigns across major ad platforms. You will manage budgets, optimize campaign performance, drive experiments, and improve acquisition metrics. This role is ideal for someone analytical, growth-driven, and passionate about scaling performance channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, including CAC, CPI, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversions and efficiency.
• Partner with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with growth and acquisition goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or consumer tech.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate performance tools.
• Strong understanding of acquisition metrics like LTV, ROAS ,CAC, attribution models, and funnel performance.
• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; SQL or analytics tool experience is a plus.
