Job Title: Early Career Sourcing Recruiter (With French) Company Domain: Randstad Sourceright – Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & Talent Solutions Years of Experience: 0–3 years (Early career / junior recruiting profiles preferred) Location: Budapest, Hungary (Hybrid) • Weekly team meet at Gateway Office Park, Budapest • If commute ≥ 2 hours → office presence only twice a month Role Type: Full-Time Role Salary: Competitive (Not publicly disclosed) Includes benefits such as a cafeteria plan, a bonus system, private health insurance, additional leaves, a home office, and working abroad options Eligibility: • French (mandatory) • Good command of English • Bac +2 in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred, not mandatory) Role Overview: The Early Career Sourcing Recruiter plays a key role in hiring apprentices and interns by managing sourcing and initial screening activities. The role ensures a smooth, efficient, and compliant recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: • Receive and manage job requisitions (JR) for early career roles • Perform quality checks and publish job advertisements • Confirm request reception and schedule Intake Calls • Send Secure Hiring surveys and HireVue interview requests • Review candidate videos, surveys, and compliance statuses • Prepare candidate shortlists and complete screening documentation • Contact selected candidates and verify eligibility for apprenticeships/internships • Reach out to alternate shortlisted candidates if first-choice candidates decline Skills and Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong planning and organizational abilities • Performance- and process-driven mindset • Proactive with a strong sense of initiative • Data collection and analysis capability • Ability to collaborate and influence across teams • Comfortable working in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
