Eligibility- Students with placement year in 2026 or recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; interest in technology and customer-facing roles; basic knowledge of SaaS/cloud/IT is a plus

Role Overview- This role sits at the intersection of technology, sales, and customer engagement, where you support Solution Engineers in demonstrating product value, solving customer challenges, and contributing to go-to-market success while gaining hands-on exposure to real customer interactions and pre-sales processes

Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts; research industries, customers, and competitors; support creation of technical content like demo environments and product decks; shadow customer meetings to understand requirement gathering and solution positioning; collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams; document best practices and contribute to knowledge sharing

Skills and Qualifications- Strong communication and presentation skills; problem-solving mindset; curiosity and willingness to learn; ability to work in fast-paced environments; basic understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or IT systems is preferred
