Role Overview:

Responsible for designing, training, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and building scalable ML workflows. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions, optimize models, and drive research and innovation in agentic AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize LLMs for customer-facing applications; build ML pipelines and workflows; implement evaluation metrics, performance tuning, and bias mitigation; engage with customers to design AI solutions; research and implement novel AI techniques; deploy models using cloud-based or on-premise infrastructure (GCP, AWS); ensure ethical AI practices and responsible model usage.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in ML, NLP, or AI, with hands-on LLM expertise (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral); proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch; knowledge of foundational model architectures, fine-tuning, quantization, pruning, and distillation; experience in data pipelines and workflow automation (Airflow/Kubeflow); cloud & MLOps experience (AWS, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes); strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills; familiarity with NoSQL, Spark, and large-scale data processing; retail industry experience preferred.
