Eligibility:

• 5+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design for large-scale digital products
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work (UX + visual design)
• Experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks
• Knowledge of accessibility (A11y) standards and compliance
• Proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma, AI tools, etc.)
• Experience in mobile-first and responsive design
• Strong communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment

Role Overview:

The Senior Product Designer will play a critical role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences for educators and students. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and engineers to design scalable solutions that improve teaching and learning outcomes, while maintaining high usability and visual excellence across the product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design workflows and experiences for educators, students, and learning stakeholders
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to solve complex design challenges
• Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices
• Conduct and lead user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Build and test prototypes for usability validation
• Measure product success and iterate based on user feedback
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Ensure high-quality design execution aligned with product and engineering goals
• Maintain a rapid, iterative design approach

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong UX/UI design expertise with a focus on usability and simplicity
• Deep understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Experience in accessibility-focused design (WCAG standards)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured thinking
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
