Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Architecture, IT Functional & Process Designers, and IT Business Partners to understand requirements and translate them into design specifications
• Contribute to the implementation of software standards, methods, features, and logic with limited business impact
• Perform coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting for projects with moderate complexity under supervision
• Develop moderately complex code following best practices and coding guidelines
• Ensure consistency and quality through collaboration with team members
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to software design and development
• Support the execution of the defined development roadmap
• Promote a development culture focused on innovation, creativity, quality, and reliability
• Provide informal guidance to new or junior team members when required
