Role Overview

The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of invoices, resolving invoice holds and interface rejects, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth payment operations. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve invoice holds and interface rejects to ensure on-time payments
  • Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve action requests
  • Communicate with internal partners to address receiving and quantity discrepancies
  • Maintain technical and confidential records in compliance with business requirements
  • Use query tools to extract data and generate operational and management reports
  • Support cross-training initiatives and act as a backup for other processes when required
  • Contribute to departmental and center-wide initiatives and continuous improvement goals

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the Accounts Payable cycle, including PO, receipt, and invoice flow
  • Working knowledge of cross-functional enterprise processes (Inventory, Procurement, General Ledger)
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Purchasing systems, such as Oracle and POM
  • Basic awareness of query creation using SQL and OBIEE
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
