The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, performance management, employee relations, and talent engagement. The candidate must possess analytical, leadership, and communication skills to identify issues, implement process improvements, and drive organizational change while maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and compliance. Key Responsibilities : Partner with business leaders to drive performance management, employee engagement, and HR compliance; manage attrition, grievances, and disciplinary cases; execute talent development, onboarding, and rewards programs to enhance employee experience and productivity. Skills and Qualifications : MBA in HR with 3–5 years of HRBP experience in ITES/KPO; strong knowledge of HR processes, performance management, and employee relations; excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, people-centric, and change-driven approach.
