• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction, visual design, and shipped work

• Experience with design systems and AI-assisted workflows

Role Overview-

• Senior IC driving end-to-end learner experience across web and mobile

• Elevate design craft, visual quality, and interaction standards

• Shape next-gen UX using AI, motion, and personalization

• Influence design strategy without direct people management

Key Responsibilities-

• Design flagship learning experiences balancing usability, delight, and visual excellence

• Lead motion and interaction design standards(animation,transitions,engagement)

• Explore and prototype AI-powered personalized learning experiences

• Raise UI quality with strong visual design(typography,color,layout)

• Lead design critiques, mentor peers, and elevate design culture

• Collaborate with product and engineering for feasible, high-quality implementation

• Influence strategic design direction through storytelling and prototyping

Skills and Qualifications-

• Expertise in interaction, visual design, and systems thinking

• Advanced motion design and animation skills

• Strong visual design fundamentals(pixel-perfect execution)

• Proficiency in modern design/prototyping tools(with AI workflows)

• Experience contributing to design systems and scaling design consistency
