Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently leading AI projects end-to-end, mentoring junior team members, and turning models into production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML algorithms for real-world use cases across domains.

Lead end-to-end project execution, including data preparation, model training, tuning, and productionization.

Guide and mentor junior team members, and collaborate across functions for model integration.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in Python or R, with hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Sklearn.

Strong in data preparation, feature engineering, model tuning, and deployment best practices.

Experience with Pandas, NumPy, and a good grasp of statistics, ML/DL theory, and working with large or skewed datasets.

3–5 successful AI/ML project implementations in production environments.

Excellent communication, team collaboration, and a proactive mindset for learning new tools and technologies.
