Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proven experience in project management and SaaS implementations
• Hands-on experience with system integrations (SSO, APIs, HRIS/SIS)
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience
• Basic programming knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)

Role Overview

This role blends project management with technical consulting, focused on delivering successful SaaS implementations for clients. You will lead end-to-end project execution while advising on integrations, configurations, and data migrations. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and customers, you will ensure seamless deployment, high client satisfaction, and optimized platform usage.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead project initiation, including requirement gathering and planning
• Define scope, timelines, roles, and risk mitigation strategies
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and maintain documentation
• Drive project closure, client sign-off, and retrospectives

Technical Consulting

• Configure and implement SaaS integrations (SSO, APIs, HRIS/SIS systems)
• Guide clients on data migration, system setup, and platform customization
• Support LTI integrations and front-end customizations (JavaScript/CSS)
• Provide recommendations for optimizing workflows and AI-driven efficiencies
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Assist clients in leveraging APIs and platform capabilities effectively

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with SaaS implementations and system integrations
• Knowledge of identity providers (SSO) and API-based integrations
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace and virtual collaboration platforms
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python, etc. is a plus)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and implementation frameworks
