Role Overview

This specialist role is based at Netflix’s new Hyderabad (Eyeline) office and reports to the Regional Head of Enterprise Security, APAC. The position is highly operational and hands-on, with primary responsibility for establishing and supporting physical security operations at the site. The role requires close daily coordination with local teams and vendors, execution of global security standards, and contribution to regional security initiatives across India and the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and ongoing management of physical security operations at the Hyderabad office, including access control, visitor management, and guard force operations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day physical security requirements at the site.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security procedures and SOPs aligned with Netflix’s global standards.
• Support emergency preparedness, incident response planning, and execution.
• Manage and monitor guard force vendors, including coordination, performance reviews, and service quality.
• Partner with Workplace, Facilities, and cross-functional teams to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment.
• Provide security support for high-profile visits and internal/external events as required.
• Coordinate and assist with physical security operations at other India locations and support APAC-wide initiatives when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, metrics, and logs for continuous improvement and compliance.

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate physical security operations, including guard force management and emergency response.
• Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications (e.g., CPP or equivalent) are a plus.
• Working knowledge of physical security systems such as CCTV, access control systems, and visitor management platforms.
• Strong understanding of the local security market and access to reliable vendors.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Solid knowledge of local regulations and cultural considerations.
• Willingness and ability to respond after hours for urgent or critical situations.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills under pressure.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive) and Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Eligibility

• Experience supporting physical security operations in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Exposure to multi-site or regional security operations preferred
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and with
